The health and safety of our learners and staff is a top priority for BOMI International. As the commercial real estate industry adjusts and adapts to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, we wanted to share the following updates from BOMI International.  


In addition to making our Experience Forms fillable applications, BOMI International will waive the notary requirements on these forms through June 30, 2020. The new fillable format can be found here:

We are requesting that you send all correspondence to BOMI digitally. Please do not mail or fax documents to BOMI.  You can scan or take a photo of forms or applications. Don't have a scanner? No problem. PC Magazine recommends these mobile scanning apps.

Due to increasing concern for the health and safety of candidates and employees and in response to government guidance and difficulty procuring the critical hygienic products that keep test centers safe, Pearson VUE is temporarily closing their U.S.- and Canada-based Pearson VUE-owned test centers starting Tuesday, March 17 through April 16, 2020.

Existing BOMI exam candidates can reschedule exam appointments for a date from April 16 and beyond. 
To accommodate testing center closures in relation to eligibility windows, all BOMI exam candidates with eligibility periods ending between today and April 16
th will receive extensions for testing eligibility through June 30, 2020 at no additional cost.  We encourage all BOMI exam candidates to reschedule your exam as soon as possible through the procedures outlined by Pearson VUE below to ensure you are able to obtain an ideal appointment time within this window.

Candidate scheduling information
If you already have a scheduled exam:
You will receive an email cancellation notice and you will either receive a refund (if paid to Pearson VUE) or an extension as determined by your exam sponsor. We will work with you to reschedule your exam as soon as it is safe to resume test delivery (on or after April 16).

If you are looking to schedule an exam:
Registration windows for new exam appointments will not be available until April 16. If you have additional questions regarding voucher usage or testing windows, please visit your
