  Dave Pogue is responsible for leading sustainability programs for CBRE’s property and facilities management portfolio around the globe. Mr. Pogue manages the development, introduction and implementation of a wide-ranging platform of sustainable practices and policies, working closely with Facilities Management, Project Management, Global Corporate Services and Asset Services to focus on achieving a consistent balance of maximum financial performance and responsible environmental stewardship.

Mr. Pogue’s leadership has produced an award-winning sustainability platform that leverages thought leadership, outstanding service delivery and corporate associations to raise the worldwide green building standard. Program achievements include aggressive endorsement of the U.S. EPA ENERGY STAR program, the introduction of the Green Knights, delivery of co-branded BOMA BEEP training to more than 10,000 attendees and recognition as the first manager of commercial property to certify more than 100 buildings in the LEED for Existing Buildings rating system. CBRE was also ranked in Newsweek’s list of the 500 greenest companies in the U.S., honored by the EPA as a five-time ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year and recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) with the Leadership Award for Organizational Excellence.

Prior to leading sustainability programs, Mr. Pogue was Senior Managing Director of the Western Region and was responsible for all Asset Services operations in the western portion of the United States, overseeing service delivery for office, retail and industrial real estate properties totaling more than 250 MSF.

Mr. Pogue also served as Executive Vice President, Ownership Services, for Insignia/ESG in the Western Region and joined CBRE with the company’s acquisition of Insignia. Before joining Insignia, he was Director of Management Services for CB Commercial in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Previously, he was a Regional Partner and Senior Vice President with the Koll Company in San Jose. During more than a dozen years with Koll, he was credited with establishing the Asset Management Division for both the San Jose and Pleasanton regions.

  Cary Fronstin is responsible for the property management operations of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Florida and Georgia portfolios. In his role as Associate Director, Cary oversees the entire property management staff to ensure the goals of our clients are met or exceeded. Mr. Fronstin has 21 years of commercial real estate experience having previously held roles as asset manager and commercial property appraiser.

Mr. Fronstin has an extensive institutional background and has worked with some of the largest real estate owners in the country such as LNR, TIAA CREF, Invesco Realty Advisors, Principal Real Estate Investors, Clarion Partners, Morgan Stanley, Prudential, Archon and RREEF.

Prior to Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Mr. Fronstin spent eight years with Trammell Crow Company as Vice President of Property Management.

Mr. Fronstin currently serves as the Chairman of BOMA International’s Industry Defense Fund oversight committee, is a member of BOMA International’s Executive Committee. and is a past president of both BOMA Florida and South Florida.

  Susan Hammer has over 25 years of high-rise commercial property and asset management experience and currently is General Manager for Riverview Realty Partners of 330 North Wabash, a 1.5 million square foot office building. Under her leadership, 330 North Wabash received a LEED EB O+M Silver Certification, was the first 360 Performance Building in Chicago, and was awarded the 2007/2008 BOMA/Chicago and North Central Region Office Building of the Year Award. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas and a Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from DePaul University.

Ms. Hammer is active in BOMA/Chicago as the chair of the Education Committee, member of the Codes Committee, co-chair of the Awards Sub-Committee, and an instructor in the Real Property Administrator designation track and the Foundations of Real Estate Management course.

Ms. Hammer holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and is treasurer of the Chicago Real Estate Network. Ms. Hammer is also an Illinois licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a LEED Accredited Professional.
