Job Description
Responsible for instructional design, development and maintenance of interactive online courseware and instructor-led (virtual) classroom content for students enrolled in BOMI International designation programs. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: task analysis; ability to design for broad audiences; use of authoring and graphic design tools to develop effective, engaging and interactive courseware for classroom, distance, or self-paced learning environments. Collaborate with Education Department team members, Subject Matter Experts, and consultants to ensure the highest level of quality in final products. Position requires simultaneous management of multiple projects and ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines on all deliverables. Candidate should be a high-energy, self-starter with strong organizational skills and an attention to detail. Proficient in the use of: Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Captivate, InDesign and Camtasia. Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or Education.
